Welcome to The Fun Times Club! These Membership Terms apply to all Fun Times Club subscriptions and should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a Fun Times Club membership, you agree to the following terms.
1. About The Fun Times Club
The Fun Times Club is a recurring monthly mail subscription from Grace & Waffles designed for children and families.
Each collection may include story letters, postcards, stickers, collectible items, activity pages, recipe cards, mini art prints, seasonal surprises, and other themed mailings.
Contents may vary from month to month.
2. Membership Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected during checkout.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
Pricing is displayed at checkout and may vary based on shipping destination.
3. Shipping Schedule
The Fun Times Club follows a monthly mailing schedule.
- Orders placed on or before the 15th of the month will be included in the upcoming month’s collection.
- Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the following month’s collection.
- Collections are typically mailed during the last week of each month.
While we strive to maintain this schedule, mailing dates may occasionally change due to production, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Welcome Pack
New members receive a Welcome Pack as their introduction to The Fun Times Club.
The contents of the Welcome Pack may occasionally be updated, modified, or refreshed as the club evolves.
5. Address Changes
Members are responsible for keeping their mailing address current.
To ensure your next collection is delivered correctly, address changes should be submitted before the 15th of the month.
Grace & Waffles is not responsible for mail sent to an address provided incorrectly by the member.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Mail
Once mail has been accepted by the postal carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your collection is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Replacement items may be offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
7. International Memberships
International memberships are available in select countries.
Delivery times vary based on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Members are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
8. Cancellations
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account portal.
To avoid being charged for the next collection, cancellations must be completed before the next billing date.
Once a monthly collection has entered production or shipment, that month’s charge is generally non-refundable.
9. Refunds
Because each collection is prepared specifically for club members, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billing has occurred.
If you experience a problem with your membership, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
10. Collection Changes
Grace & Waffles may occasionally modify:
- Collection themes
- Club contents
- Artwork
- Packaging
- Membership features
- Pricing
Any significant changes will be communicated to members whenever reasonably possible.
11. Membership Availability
We reserve the right to limit, pause, suspend, or discontinue memberships at any time.
Existing members will be notified whenever practical.
